5. What file formats do you provide?

9. Do I own the copyright to the artwork?

12. Is ArtSynthesys a legit company?

Yes.  ArtSynthesys is a legit company licensed in the United States.  Our online store is created through Shopify with the basic payment methods they introduce.


13. What is the security of the site?  Is my payment safe?

Shopify's security infrastructure uses multiple layers of protection. It starts with Level 1 PCI DSS compliance - the highest security standard for payment processing. Note that all Shopify stores get a complimentary 256-bit SSL certificate that encrypts traffic between users and the online store.


14. Who does the printing?

Our printing is done by Gelato.  Gelato is a global based printing company.


15.  How is your shipping of your products?

Products are shipped from the closest Gelato production partner based off of where you live.  Gelato is also partnered with 60+ carriers for shipping.
